International iGaming company with a global presence in more than 30 countries, is looking for a creative, highly energetic, forward-thinking and hands-on Head of Acquisition. In this unique role, a successful candidate will have responsibility for driving success and devising acquisition strategies across a range of digital channels, boosting the visibility of the B2C brand, generating qualified traffic, working closely with the rest of the marketing team and leading and owning cross-functional projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and hands-on implementation of an overall multi-channel strategy for cost-effective customer acquisition, including creation of acquisition roadmap for key initiatives and tests.
  • Full control and accountability for ambitious budgets to grow the project product (new B2C igaming business).
  • Review, drive growth and optimize in existing marketing and acquisition channels through clear targeting and bidding strategies.
  • Development and delivery of innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing and other teams.
  • Decelopm and roll out multi-channel acquisition and marketing campaigns across up to 20 English speaking geographies.
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to all aspects of media buying to ensure the right targeting and efficient spending.
  • Scope and test new marketing channels which have the potential to scale e.g. partnerships.
  • Design and execute structured tests to drive insight and improve overall acquisition and conversion.
  • Devising and tracing marketing acquisition funnels, reporting of the results and evaluation of the multichannel acquisition effort, ensure clear and reliable attribution methodologies for all channels.
  • Oversee and participate in sourcing and management of third-party providers and partners, including affiliate marketing partners.
  • Build and implementation of Email marketing strategy including a set-up, design, content, and conversion.
  • Development and hands-on involvement in execution SMM content marketing strategy.
  • Supervise creation and manage applicable promo materials.
  • Lead Influencer Marketing campaigns, co-branding tests and partner search.
  • Work with the team to develop, implement and optimize the program for transitioning players through their life stages and states to market the right messages and deliver the right experience to the player.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a digital media role with igaming/online gambling/betting know-how knowledge.
  • Comprehensive understanding of online advertising campaigns, ad-serving technologies, tools and tracking infrastructure in terms of all social networks, search engines and mobile (WebView/iOS/Android applications).
  • Master User of Google Analytics, Google Conversion Tracker, AT Internet, Omniture, Webalyser, Webtrends Google Tag Manager, Ad servers (Smart, Dart, etc.), Google Adwords, YSM, Adcenter and other tools.
  • Proven experience in Traffic Acquisition.
  • Understanding of industry, product, geographical, legal and infrastructure opportunities/challenges.
  • Proven ability to scale Net Gaming Revenues of the projects in the portfolio.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in working with complex brand engagements including technical campaigns, their implementation, management, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in development of high-quality customer acquisition campaigns across a range of channels.
  • Data-driven and strategic mindset, that can break down large complex problems into actionable components.
  • Track record of applying data and a testing methodology to the acquisition of customers in scalable ways.
  • Attention to details, strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote and internationally dispersed team, management experience is a plus.
