International iGaming company working on a Curacao licensed online casino project in 30 countries, is looking for a creative, hands-on digital and growth marketing professional to streamline brand, design, social media, and other activities across departments, launch advertisements and support all marketing needs of the company.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

As a digital marketing professional, you will take over all initial marketing brand and social activities and develop and implement B2C marketing, communication and branding strategies based on the company’s guidelines and your business initiatives.

Scope of Responsibilities

Product Marketing &Growth:

• Ensuring the optimal cross-channel mix is implemented to drive strong growth and performance across all our markets, in-line with the business targets.
• Organization, implementation, control of advertising Internet campaigns (PPC, SMM, email, SEO).
• Social Media planning to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital touchpoints: create content plans, post content, launch paid advertising on social networks.
• Define Content Marketing plan and unsure execution together with SEO specialists and copywriters.
• Maintaining the growth marketing cross-channel budget, comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Preparation of technical specifications to Design Website UI/UX, product and banners, and execution control (designers, SMM, web developers and content manager)
• Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising channels and searching for new ones
• Develop a deep understanding of users' needs, conducting the customers’ analyze
• Optimize funnels with focus on growth,
• Produce and utilize in-depth analytic reports to improve performance.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years in digital/ growth marketing role in online gaming/casino industry.
• Solid experience of working on Curacao license and implementing marketing in unregulated markets.
• Experience of building up complex brand from scratch, including technical campaigns, market entry initiatives, managing and operations.
• Good understanding of media metrics and preparation of media plans
• Strong knowledge of websites and marketing analytics tools especially
• Experience in setting up and optimizing contextual advertising in all major search engines.
• Proven experience in Traffic Acquisition and Affiliate partnership.
• Ability to scale GGR (NGR) of the project as well as ROI
• Solid knowledge of online advertising, ad-serving technologies and tracking infrastructure, social networks, search engines and mobile tech (WebView/iOS/Android applications).
• Good knowledge of SSP and Rich Media, SEO, CPA, PPC, LTV, FTD etc.
• Technical understanding of HTML/5, JavaScript, and tracking technologies.
• Excellent English skills, project management, reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong project management, excellent communication and problem solving skills
